2013 SERVICES

Besides our "normal" Sunday services at 10.00am, here is a list of our "Festival Services"

We welcome people from all demoninations and faiths,
and you will be made to feel very welcome.

Important Announcement:

A Service 0f Reconciliation and Healing at St Peter’s, Bury Monday 25th March 2013.

‘How good and pleasant it is when brothers and sisters dwell together in unity… for there the Lord bestows his blessing – life for evermore’ (Psalm 133:1-3)

As I indicated when I came to St Peter’s on the first Sunday in 2013, in the light of recent difficulties within the life of the church, in order for you to move forward together under God as a church, I believe it’s important to offer an opportunity for healing of relationships within the fellowship.

To that end, along with the Archdeacon of Bolton, I would like to invite everyone who sees themselves as part of St Peter’s to join me on the Monday of Holy Week – Monday 25th March – for a SERVICE OF RECONCILIATION AND HEALING, beginning at 7.30pm. This will be in the context of Holy Communion.

I believe there is no better time to come together in this way than when we are walking with Jesus on the way of the cross.

I look forward to seeing you on March 25th.

Every blessing

Rt. Revd. Chris Edmondson
Bishop of Bolton
